1. Order Acceptance and Communication: Upon receiving the order, Realogistics immediately communicated with the client and requested an air transport identification report. Once confirmed that the airline accepted the cargo, Realogistics arranged the booking.
2. Identification Report: Since the report provided by the client had expired, Realogistics requested the client to provide the MSDS, identification authorization, and samples. Realogistics assisted the client in obtaining a new air transport condition identification report. After receiving the samples on Friday, Realogistics expedited the process through DGM, ensuring the report was issued the same day.
3. Cargo Warehousing: When the cargo arrived at the warehouse, it was found that the pallets were not strapped and lacked sufficient load-bearing support. Realogistics arranged for strapping and reinforcement to meet the entry requirements of the Guangzhou Southern Airlines warehouse.
4. Customs Declaration and Follow-up: After the customs declaration was completed, Realogistics continuously monitored the cargo warehousing status in real time to ensure the cargo was successfully warehoused and shipped as scheduled.
